Lesley works on our specific grant programmes as a careers coach.
She delivers support advice, guidance & coaching to beneficiaries helping with employment, CV's, interviews, confidence building and more !!

I work as a career coach for Samee, mainly on DWP contracts, coaching individuals and running training workshops.
I’m currently setting up a series of workshops for women 50+ based around building confidence and planning for a positive future.
These will be ongoing and available to all women in the BCP area who are over 50 and looking for motivation, support and a fresh outlook on life . . .

One of her specialisms is working with people 50+, helping them to recognise their strengths and find work that’s right for them.
